Special Yo-yo Mastery is a Jester skill that can only be used while holding a yo-yo. It increases the attack power of your yoyo, and stacks with normal Yo-yo Mastery. It is not possible to manually add points to this skill, the effect is instead increases based on the character's mastery level. Every 10 levels, the level of this skill increases.
