Sneaker

Sneaker is a longrange Mercenary debuff. Throws a net that will prevent a foe from moving. When Sneakered, skills and items can still be used. The chance of a successful Sneaker increases as the skill level increases. At a maximum level, Sneaker lasts approximately 50 seconds.
